The first point to be discussed at the Assembly were the problems with the press and the sensationalism that Richard noted that the development of the conference there was a hesitancy to fund the event swung between a general call to Congress , and an absence of a systematic program development and event arguments, which could bring to the table bottom lines of the Laboratory.
